Lived in Winston-Salem 15 years ago. I'm still using some of the quality gear I received from Ken's Bike Shop!

Ken's Bike Shop took my bike as a walk in, and they did a wonderful job. I had a Race face/ SRAM 1x 11, and a Race face wheel set with Maxxis Ardent tubeless tires installed on my Cannondale Trigger 29er. This is quite a bit of work to except from a walk in. I actually had a scheduled appointment at another shop, and when I arrived they told me they could not do the work. I seen Kens on the way to my appointment, took a chance and went back. The staff was friendly and experienced, and done a great job. Thank you!!!!
Ken's was great!! They assembled my bikes for Masters Nationals and they accommodated my pickup time when it was past regular hours. They also loaned me a trainer when mine broke. I don't think I would have won a championship without them.
All the people at kens are there for you. Ask the question and they will answer it. Thanks to Ken and Matt I am riding today. No matter your skill level they will help you. Bring your bike and start riding.
