RecommendedArrived today at the Ramblin Rose Triathlon ready to go, but only to realized I had lost my key to my lock for my bike rack. Thank you first for cutting the cable lock off of my bike, so I could participate in my first Ramblin Rose, and thank you for being there helping with all the bike adjustments. Why would anybody drive from Richmond VA to Ken’s? Because it’s shorter than driving from Dallas TX. I will be a Ken’s customer for eternity.
Excellent customer service and friendly staff! Took my new to me mountain bike for a new part and instead of replacing and charging me, they went out of their way to fix the current part and save me some money! Highly recommend this shop
