We opened Ken's Automotive & Transmissions in 1968. In 1976, Ken fell in love with the small town feel of Frederick and decided to move from Wheaten to Frederick. Ken passed away in 1991. Ken's son, Mark and wife Donna now continue Ken's vision of taking care of the customer first. Mark and Donna married in 1997 and work side by side in the business. Horrible management. Also gets their friends to leave fake positive reviews.
I need new rotors for my car and this place was one of the recommendations I received. However after seeing the manager’s homophobic posts all over social media and on other businesses profiles, it’s clear this is not a business that is safe for everyone. Disappointing.
Great experience! This business is extremely professional, thorough, transparent and quick! The online booking option is great and they’re very communicative throughout the whole process. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars, it was great to have someone explain the repairs and answer all the questions. My mechanic Nick was very kind and honest about what actually needed fixed and what was optional to fix. Highly recommend Ken’s Auto!!
i paid $382 just for a diagnostic that's ridiculous, plus they said is gonna be $2,900 to get it fix the issue ,I went to another shop and paid $735 to get it fix my car.
