A huge shout out to Kens Automotive. My car broke down in the middle of Boston Rd today. They helped with getting the tow truck to me faster and drove me back to work. I forgot to give them my keys in the midst of the craziness and they came to me and got them! My car was fixed by the end of the day and accurately diagnosed with a broken axle before it was even in the shop! I love this place!

It can be frustrating when you feel like you no longer trust your auto shop. I have a 2005 Toyota Highlander that had a brake light go on. Brought to Lia in Wilbraham and they added brake fluid and said it had a seized passenger rear caliper. (Which they could fix 459.00) Then I brought to Firestone who has done good work for us, and they said to replace both calipers with pads and rotors. (700.00). Brought to Kens and they found rotors, calipers, and pads are fine. They will take apart and clean any debris or rust for 110.0... read more
