today was my first day at Ken's shop. in and out same day and back on the road. Dealership couldn't even look at my car until Monday, great service, fair price, nice people, and best of all a comfortable couch in the waiting room
Every time I come in, I always feel like my car is safe and well taken care of. Always have great experiences and they explain things so well. Their honesty goes a long way and is clear with their work and their customer service. You have a customer for life and I highly recommend these people to everyone!
I thought that I had a transmission problem; but Ken identified the real problem and fixed my auto for one-tenth of what I thought it would cost. They run an honest shop in my estimation! I am so blessed to have this company take care of my car!
