I wanted express my sincere gratitude for the excellent service Ken's Auto Repair has provided. He seen me at a drop of a hat quickly diagnose what was wrong with my car phoned me promptly. I believe my car is in the right hand. My mother Pam has been going to him for a very long time and she referred me to him. Thank you Ken.
Mr. Ken is genuinely one of the most efficient and effective mechanics I’ve ever met. I was dreading having to go into the shop and was looking for somewhere close by to fix my AC unit that had conked out all of a sudden. I dropped my car off at noon and it was ready by a little before 4 pm. He’s so thorough and was able to do the fix it before Xmas. His quote was far below what I was expecting - a true Xmas miracle. I now have my go-to mechanic!
Came here for a neutral safety switch job and left with 5 more engine codes. Ken didn’t give me an explanation of anything and wanted to leave to go home. Did not care about my car at all. Never going back and would not recommend to anyone. Not sure why the reviews are so good
