I have been taking my vehicles to Ken’s since I moved to the area a few years ago. The Staff service has been great and the work has been done right. I got to know Greg who has been running the shop and kept the good name even through ownership changes over the years. He is an honest and reliable man who would not take advantage of any person in any situation. I was very frustrated to hear the current owner did not see Greg’s value and ended his employment. I’ve been dealing with Kens for the last 30+ years and had the same mechanic who basically you could say was Ken’s automotive however unfortunately he was let go for a very bogus reason that I am very irritated about because Greg was the best in customer relations and explaining things that needed to be done and he never did things that didn’t benefit you as a customer.
