For decades, Ken's provided very good service for a very good price. A reliable shop in my neighborhood is a real value to me and other residents in the Griffin area. Ken's great reputation was due to one guy: Greg D. Greg has great expertise and kept Ken's humming. Greg made sure my Ford F-150, Chevy, and Toyota ran reliably. It is so difficult to find a good, honest mechanic. Greg has been exactly that. Customers always ask for him and love the work that he does, as do I! To my shock, Greg is no longer running Ken’s. Very disappointed in the response I received from the current staff. Myself and many others are taking our business elsewhere. Its too bad that you lost such an amazing and knowledgeable employee. What was once a trusted place to take your car is now just another mechanic.
