Can’t believe the horrible job they did repairing my wife’s car. The paint is a different shade, one part literally fell off in our driveway. Upon closer examination the bumper cover was put on incorrectly. Runs in the paint,missing clips and bolts. Can’t believe the rookie job they did. Do not go here for anything. They also charged 2000.00 above their estimate. I will be calling our lawyer and insurance company tomorrow!
I’m sorely disappointed in this shop. I took my car in for brakes. That job appears to be ok. However a few days later my driver wheel appeared unbalanced. Upon checking the tires. It looks like my two front tires have been swapped out. My car started out with 4 continental tires. I will do all I can to protect people from such shady, poor, practices.
The worse shop in Woodburn, going on 4 months with our Tahoe, apparently they had to hire someone that could actually work on our ‘Hybrid’ I do not recommend it what so fuckin ever!
Ken's Auto Body is a joke! The 5 day repair they gave me turned into 40 days!! During this time there was no communication between them, myself and my insurance. Every time I needed an extension on my rental I had to be the middle man between Ken's and my insurance as they wouldn't answer the phone for my insurance company. I will never use Ken's Auto Body again and recommend that no one else does! Lastly, I just got my car back and instantly the check engine light came on (first time ever). My husband and I took our 2006 Chevrolet pickup in to get a lower ball joint replaced on Monday morning. They fixed the wrong side and the one they fixed, didn't need to be replaced. They told us it would take a half a day and we didn't get it back for 1 1/2 days. So, we are taking it in to another shop, and they guaranteed that we will have it back today, the same day we took it in. I would NOT recommend Ken's Auto Body and Service. Not even to my worst enemy.
