Tech came to house and misdiagnosed issue twice. Charge me for service diagnosis and then never returned! This was a warranty company call! Very poor service! Very poor communication.
This guy is a crook, he charged me for $180 for parts that I never saw and he never did the work. He won't answer my calls, it has been about 5 months as I write this reviews. He talked ill of the company that contracted him. You can hire him at your own risk.
