Brought car in for check engine light on, car done in under 2 hours, runs perfectly again, problem was relatively minor but could have charged me anything. Got oil change, new wipers and repair for under $200. Big fan of A-1 Auto!!

They replaced a water pump gasket and thermostat because of a leaky crossover tube on my step brothers Northstar Cadillac. It turned out to be a head gasket but they didn't even test for it. Why wouldn't you test the head gasket on an engine known for bad head gaskets before putting $1000 into a junk motor? You also tried telling my stepmom Andrea sterling that she needed ball joints 3 months after she had ball joints replaced. All because they had some grease on them after a Valvoline service. Questioning what happened to this place. I used to be able to trust them 100%, but now they barely fix anything you bring them, and make up a fake work orders for your vehicle. My son’s car just blew up 20 miles after they “fixed” it. It was bellowing white smoke out of the tailpipe and even through the vents into the cab, and they thought a new water pump and carryover tube was the fix, without even testing the heads. Now my son is out thousands of dollars and has no car. Thanks a lot.
We went to Kens A1 because we needed new breaks. We needed this done immediately. Kens A1 got us in within a few days. The work they did was Amazing. They are knowledgeable and thorough with the extras I asked for and the main reason I brought my car in. I highly recommend this place. Awesome people and terrific prices and great job!
