I hope more people will see this page. Kenroy Home has the best customer service people around. I am so impressed. I reached out to them after buying a Kenroy lamp from another seller. They immediately helped me with my issue. These people stand behind their products. ......and they have some gorgeous lamps. I'm coming to them directly from now on when purchasing any more lighting because I know I won't have anything to worry about. Thank you guys!
Our store in Englewood, FL has been ordering lighting from Kenroy for many, many years and if we Ever had a problem, they fixed it immediately @ no charge to us or our customers. Their Customer Service is Excellent!
Very disappointed. The lamp we ordered arrived, but without the harp and finial portions. There was no way to contact the seller. AVOID this company. Not worth the hassle.
Needed a part for my fountain. They dont have it anymore.
