RecommendedPurchased 2 swing-arm lamps in February, 2018, but they weren't put up for several months, so they hadn't had much use. The switch on one stopped working at the end of December. Contacted Kenroy on January 3. Rec'd e-mail on January 4 that a replacement would ship out on the following Monday, but the lamp actually arrived the next day. Thank you, Kenroy!

Bought two Kenroy floor lamps one got knocked over and the glass shades broke, so I contacted Kenroy and they wrote me back immediately!! They are sending me replacement shades! Very Impressed!! Only getting lamps from this company!!!
