I picked up the wrong wire 1 day previous, which hadn't even left the box of my truck. I return it the next day and they ding me with a 20% restocking fee. It was not a special order, just plain old wire that they stock by the pallet. I helped Load and unloaded the stuff wire myself to boot. The employees seem like decent people, but management decisions like charging an exorbitant restocking fee overshadow any positive experience I might have had in the first place.
