Kenrick is a great company to work for and does a great job in a challenging industry. HOA management is a difficult field dealing with home owners that most times do not understand the HOA rules and regs. The leadership at Kenrick, CEO, HR and FInance are all top notch and run an ethical and solid team. I was proud to work for them and would highly recommend them to an HOA that is looking to get a management company or change from your current one!!
just the absolute worst company i have ever come in contact with. no common sense what so ever and HOA is ridiculously high!
Terrible. This company does not respond to customers unless it is for payment. I called many times, sent email messages, and even a letter through the mail, but not one reply! We have an association in my townhome neighborhood and need to vote them out--expensive and unresponsive!
