Similar to another complain here, dual visits, and charged for items not installed. This started by providing the code for my AprilAire humidifier.. PAT could not fix the code, came back 3 weeks later.. fixed, great! A bunch of spliced wiring in the ground.. no problem. We get a bill for 2 visits, a humidistat and sensor, neither of which were installed. I called Kenrich 6 TIMES over 8 weeks, requesting a call back from PAT, no call back. I dealt with the most HORRIBLE phone person, IRENE.. my last call, I told her we paid t... read more

Mr. P*******, You were only billed one time, if you look at your invoice you will only see one service call plus labor and parts. I personally checked with Pat on this and he did replace the parts. As you stated after he left it was working, hence the parts replacement. If I felt someone did not do the work I would not have paid the bill as you stated you did. In June 2020 I paid about $1000 to Kenrich for a new AC unit in my attic. In August 2022 I had a leak in the attic. The Contractor came out and told me he stopped the leak but needs to come back + finish the job. He requested that I pay him (which I did) for his services and he will be back and no further charges. Another Contractor came out and finished the job about 10 days later. He did not ask for money as he agreed there was NONE due. I have received 3 invoices from Kenrich starting September 29, 2022. Mr. G******, the system replacement was over $1,000.00 and our tech came to your home after hours for a leak. At that time you paid him for the after hours call of $150.00, when our tech returned to make the final repair you were not charged the service call again, but were charged the labor which was $45.00 not $145.00 and for the part of $150.00 also which was out of warranty.
