The office manager, Ashley, should not be allowed to work with the public. She was rude and hostile towards me the minute I walked through the door. I told her she had a bad attitude and she responded by talking badly about me to the NP. Then, while I was on the phone with my boss, trying to get the insurance information Ashley demanded prior to me being seen for my work related injury, she interrupted my phone call to tell me they are refusing to service me because I told my boss how rude she was being. The NP was EXTREMELY careless and ruptured my ear drum trying to get cotton out of my ear then irrigated it and acted like she didn’t know what she did! I had to go to the ER after and now the cotton is so far in my ear I may need surgery. Save your money and your time and your health for another place.
I get that covid-19 tests are limited, and here it’s on a first call basis. However I’ve called everyday right at 8am and seem to get the same answer “were booked the whole day” which I don’t understand if I’m calling directly at 8am. If you’re backed up, then this should be told on the website. Not that it’s on a first call base. This also has happened to many people I know as well-so not sure who exactly they’re taking that they are surprisingly “booked” right when they open.

Sorry you haven't able to get in we have been extremely backed up with a large volume of calls every morning. We have tried to offer appointments in advance but we have many people canceling on us when they find somewhere else they can get in faster. I would suggest calling around the situation is similar in many facilities that do covid testing around town
RecommendedI like that it's fast to be seen and reasonably priced. The staff is always very knowledgeable and friendly. I like that they keep it very clean. I also like that they've added televisits during this Covid-19 time.
We are still open for business our regular hours. We advise everyone to stay home unless it is necessary to come out. However, we are treating everything that is not COVID 19.
