I would highly recommend Alpha Medical Imaging to anyone needing an MRI. Especially anyone that is claustraphobic ! The staff is always very professional and pleasant.I would like to send a special recognition to my staff today.Val and Jay both went out of their way to accommodate me and help relieve my anxieties related to my claustrophobia. I have used this site every time I have needed an MRI, and plan to continue.The scheduling is always prompt. DO YORSELF A BIG FAVOR USE THIS IMAGING SITE!
Today was my first time here - and I had a great experience. They got my insurance taken care of, and got me in for my appointment within hours. Both ladies were very nice, the test was quick and easy, and they made sure I was okay during the whole experience.
I had to get an MRI done. I did not want to go into that little hole of such a huge machine. I have anxiety of being confined. At this place I was greeted with open arms. The front office was really nice and pleasant to meet. I was then I was called into the back for the test. The gentleman that was going to do the test brought me into the space where the big machine is. He took the time to tell me about the machine. The staff was excellent greeting pleasantly and throughout imaging they were attentive..after words offered a cold beverage as well.. Highly recommended
Great experience for a not so fun test....I'm extremely claustrophobic, but the technician made me so comfortable I swear I nearly fell asleep (all while listening to The Steve Miller Band). I highly suggest Kenosha Open MRI for anyone who is nervous about this type of imaging. The staff is very courteous and will make you comfortable....trust me.
Went there for the first time to have an MRI done on my wrist. And I loved it. The scheduler was very nice and friendly. And when I got there the receptionist and Tech were very nice and friendly and answered all my questions I had. I would highly recommend Alpha to all my friends and family that need a open MRI.
The receptionist, and MRI tech I had were all great. I thought the Dr. who did my Arthrorgram, could be more caring and sympathetic! Instead of saying that you have had the procedure several time, and that it "doesn't hurt that bad" seems like he's missing a sensitivity chip. Maybe inquire of patients if they have other "ailments" that would cause pain sensitivity to be amplified, like in my case Fibromyalgia. The staffing at Alpha Medical Imaging Kenosha Open MRI was Wonderful and Very Clean. Anyone who is in need of an MRI this is the place to go! Judy (front desk) and Lauri (tech) were Very Nice and Professional.
It was great the people there were very nice and they made you so much more comfortable than when you went to Aurora Hospital for the closed MRI. Still freaked out a little in the beginning but made it through.
