Should be condemned. Tile is coming up on the floor. Beds are circa 1970. Meals are produced by the staff, and are typically sandwiches. I saw a resident distributing juice from a bottle he had been drinking from.All in all, it's hideous.

I was working for Wisconsin diagnostics Lab and and had to go there to draw a few residents labs and it was god awful! The place was so dirty residents rooms was not clean at all nor was the residents! They also had a residents sodas 🥤 and food that was sent in from the family in the solid linen closet sit right under a water damaged ceiling where I had to use it their centerfuige to spin my blood! It’s was the most disgusting place I had been to in a long time not sure why anyone should send there love ones here!
