The Five star is for Dr. Gleaton she is a great Dr. and the polite staff. The disappointment comes from how the issue was handled. Disappointed, I’ve been with Dr. Gleaton for a while, I continued with her when she moved to this new office, she is out of network. I was told I would be a self-pay patient, I've had this conversation with Dr. Gleaton as well, I travel from Aiken to see her she told me she appreciated that I travel so far and also mention that I would be self-pay. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE, went to an appointment and call for a follow up and I was told it was no notes saved. To say this is supposed to be a business and you would think your information is being saved when speaking to the doctor about your health or concerns and to know nothing is saved and when you call the staff acts DUMB like they don't know what's going on. Very unprofessional I would not recommend ANYONE here!!!!!! Zero stars unfortunately I had to put 1 star ugh.
I went one time and never went back. It’s been months and I have not received test results by mail, phone call or email. I called , the receptionist who answered the phone appeared to be annoyed that I asked for my results. She instructed me to go to the portal , after several times trying and calling them for help I just gave up. To this day, I have never gotten my results not a phone call not a letter not an email. Very poor customer service
Great Doctor and nurses! Terrible receptionist they don’t return calls for appointment schedules, don’t communicate appointments to doctor once they have made virtual appointment, and they don’t seem to care to go far to help you find information
Dr. Gleaton and Shi are phenomenal! You honestly couldn’t ask for a better team to deliver and care for both you and your baby. They are not only skilled and compassionate but truly go above and beyond to make you feel supported every step of the way. The staff is great, too—professional, friendly, and always on point. I like to joke around, and it’s refreshing to have a team with a good sense of humor who can laugh with you and still get the job done. Highly recommend!
