Front desk staff and some assistant staff need alot of help with their people skills. Drntist and hygienist are great. But front desk and assistants are rude as hell!!
I am so impressed with KCHC! I came in yesterday for my dental work, and it happens that I had a particularly challenging case that took more work and time than anticipated. I felt so welcome and cared for by everyone involved, and the professionalism was perfect, yet I felt like they cared for me on a personal level.
