IF YOU LOVE YOUR DOG PLEASE READ MY STORY: Horrible experience and I would recommend NOT TO TAKE YOUR DOG THERE as the groomers are unprofessional and liars. Unfortunately, I took my 3 lbs Yorkie to Keno’s a few times and was always skeptical of the place since it is a filthy hole on the wall on bad neighborhood. I always asked them to take good care of her and their response was "yeah yeah" like whatever. Worst experience of my life. – This was my worse experience with a groomer ever! The 'in charge' person would not tell me her name....but I have never seen anyone that stays in business with this type of rude attitude toward their customers. I would NEVER use them again. My dog was not clipped properly, she was cowering in a corner when I went to pick her up..terrified because they let her loose with all the dogs..and she is only 4 lbs and 12 years old.. hardly ready for all the puppy play. Never again – I took my sweet, loving little Chihuahua to get his nails groomed. I asked the very irritable woman who did the filing whether or not she could grind his nails as opposed to cutting it which he is petrified of. Well, she gave me the meanest look and just grabbed my poor dog under his stomach and plopped him in the table without answering me.
