My 17 year old washing machine decided that it was a good time for the final spin cycle to spin no more. A creature of habit...and not a big fan of "new and improved", I preferred to repair rather than replace - which is exactly what Kenny suggested. Our refrigerator motor died at the worst possible time. The staff at Kenny's Logan Appliance helped us complete a purchase quickly and even found a way to make sure delivery happened that same day. It was already quite late into the afternoon. We're really grateful for their above and beyond help and the help of the two awesome delivery guys who came out. ✌️🤗
Wouldn't recommend having them come out to look at your appliance. Some old guy looked at my dryer for 3 mins and told me there's nothing wrong with it, the vent hose is just disconnected under the house. I was charged $75 bucks for this. no, the hose was not disconnected and yes, there was a part that needed replaced (which I did on my own... for free)and works just fine. Just because you're the only game in town doesn't mean you should rip people off.
I have never delt with a more warm and understanding family owned bussiness!! I have loved my experience and dealings with Kenny Logan's appliance!! The owners are professional , kind , and willing to make sure a family of 4 get the best service in the area!! Thank you kenny , wife and employees for all the work you do and I will always bring my business to you!! I give these guys ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ stars!! I would HIGHLY recommended doing bussiness with this company!!!
4 years ago when I purchased my washer dryer (brand new) and fridge, was a good experience, I used them a couple times for repairs. I'm not sure what happened last couple years but I was told now the diagnostics fee would not go towards fixing the appliance after they got my $40 for looking at it.
Amazing service and reasonable prices. The gentlemen who delivered took great care to not damage anything and were very kind.
