Sat in this barbershop for about an hour and wasn’t acknowledged once—not even a quick check-in or an estimate on wait time. I completely understand that appointments come first, but proper communication goes a long way. Watching multiple people walk in after me and get taken without a word was frustrating. A simple “hey, it’s going to be a while” would’ve made a big difference.
I was looking a barbershop on weekend and i found this place in google. My son need a hair cut and i called the barbershop then gentleman told me to come before 4pm to get haircut. We went there and we didnt wait to get haircut at all. Mr. Kenny and other guys is nice! We will back for the future haircut again and also kenny fix my eyebrow.
