Rattler Pride and Great Customer Service
I walked into the wrong door and a woman inside directed me to the other side of the store. I stood on the other side of the store for 10 minutes waiting on help. She never greeted me and never said someone would assist me, It wasn’t until a very nice man came out of the back and asked her to help me that I received assistance. I was taken aback because the store was empty and she knew I was in there waiting for help. It was a disappointing experience and I decided to go with another company for my order.
Did a nice job with the embroidery on my work shirts. Fair prices too.
