Doctors was very professional caring answered all my questions he knew I was scared. He made me feel comfortable. Every time I seen him. I would recommend him to anybody. Thank you so much for fixing my arm.
Not only does he not answer questions and rushes you, but also takes personal calls during visits. He advised for surgery without explaining why or discussing options. Did not welcome questions, and very rude. He has numerous reviews of patients who needed revisions after doing surgery with him. This guy does not care for or respect patients. Please do your research before going with this guy.
He's a good friendly doctor of my for my both ankles very kind and friendly and he dies explains to his patients I'm so happy for him and he done for me .a d staff really friendly too thank you Maria gomes woods
Dr. Would not treat for pain. Even when it was severe. Can’t understand what he is saying.
He refused to look at my pt report even though my pt advised him to look at it disregard my specific need. Rushed both appointments so fast to where I couldn’t ask him any questions and he wouldn't let me speak. Staff was extremely rude.
Dr Kenny Mai has terrible customer skills. I went to him in 2015 or 2016 to have my shoulder checked out. He was rude, he lied in front of me. I went to his office to have my shoulder looked at. Massive pain. Not 2 minutes into talking to me his cell phone rings. He puts his hand up to silence me and answers the call. I thought ok probably an emergency. Nope. I was having pain in my knee ( old and arthritis) but just carried on till it became unbearable. Was able to get right in to see Dr. Mai. He treated my problem right then and in less than 3 days I have no pain. So thankful he knew how to help me. Thank you.
Basically did my hip surgery then sent me home from the hospital with a few days of pain meds the. Was unreachable when i was in need of doctor. Then had no idea what to do when it failed and was extremely painful like before surgery but worse he just kept saying I don’t know! I think he said it about 15 times in one appointment!! He never looked at my hip after never touched it! Absolutely would NEVER recommend this surgeon he is not who he seems to be prior to surgery!
Love Dr Mai! Very caring and honest! He did both of my hip replacements and he also did both knee replacements on my husband. Staff was also great! Both my husband and I had our surgeries all in the same year. We teased Dr Mai that we probably put his kids thru college! Anyone I know that was a patient of Dr Mai's have had nothing but praise for him!
