Editing with a compressed version of events as the problems with this dealer have spanned across 3 weeks. Went in for oil change, inspection, tire rotation, transmission flush. They installed wrong oil filter and oil, refused to properly flush transmission, and falsified my inspection by recording wrong measurements, all on first visit. Second visit, they fixed oil change, but refused to refund me for overcharging for the services( $235 for oil change, and 3 gal of fluid when the service only calls for 6qt.)
