Charging a service fee to use a credit card is new at this dealership and is not acceptable for services costing several hundred dollars. No one carries cash for these pricy services and using a debit card means that you need to have the funds available in your account. Be aware that they will charge you 3% for using a credit card.
Took truck in for an insurance claim. Short story it's not getting fixed and that's fine. Zero commication between shops especially the useless service manager Dick(that's his real name). I called up to 3 times a week just to get an answer so I can relay to my insurance and that man never called back once. I had to go over his head to get any information and then magically the same day everything was done. I have had terrible service from this place before so shame on me for trying again.
CJ and Braden were extremely helpful in completing the warranty process that we requested. We will happily continue our business relationship with Kenny Ross Ford
My husband and I purchased our first vehicle from Kenny Ross Ford and it will definitely not be our last! Everyone who helped us was phenomenal. They did not push us into making a deal and were very easygoing despite my indecisiveness ! The process was completely seamless and fast. Thank you so much Brian, CJ, and Braden!!
