I’m greatly disappointed in my latest service experience here. My air conditioning went out in my truck a month ago. I also needed an oil change and tire rotation. I called to set up an appointment and had to go through their AI phone receptionist “Pam”, who gave me an appointment the following week. I drove an hour across the turnpike for my appointment time, only to be told there were too many vehicles already ahead of mine and that there’s no way they’d be able to get it looked at that day.
