If g00lag here had a ten (10) "star" rating that's how we would, and do, rate Kenny. They were just here to work an outside hose bib/valve that might have involved breaking through an interior wall. He tried a work around with a part he had on his truck which worked avoiding a much more costly fix. A true Craftsman in word and practice who's also passing his craftsmanship and integrity to his apprentice/s. America is way short of men like him. We were lucky to find him and you would be too.
Was told someone would call me back within hour to set up appointment to have service today ...after they took cc information... Then called back 3 different times to costumer service & main # every person dealt with was unprofessional including the woman that took my information in 1st places.. Not one person tried to give me help to resolve problem or confirm appointment!! Kenny is a very good plumber and has good staff too. He did a water heater install for me two years ago. When I had a minor issue under warranty recently, he promptly came out to fix it at no charge to me.
