I worked with Kenny 2 years ago, and my experience was unfortunately negative. At the time, I trusted his guidance and leaned on his advice during the offer process. He encouraged me to submit an offer just under my maximum approved budget framing it as necessary to make a “bully offer” and compete — 100K higher than comparable properties (even at the time) in the market. Kenny was the selling agent for my fiancé for a condo at 90 Park Lawn. He made sure to find out what her max budget was and pressured her to put that as the offer even when comparables were priced 100k lower. You're supposed to trust that your agent acts in your best interest, but Kenny clearly was just trying to make the most money he could. Would never use him again, and would advise others not to use his services either.
