Ladies in the service department are rude.. if you don’t like your job go work somewhere else .. no need to roll your eyes and treat customers that way ..
Ripped my papaw off, changed the oil and after they changed it it was still a quart low, they held it for months because they had to "back order" a part, when really they just didn't want to work on it, claimed the vehicle was too rusty to work on which is BS I've seen and helped take it apart before and wasn't rusted out. Over charged for spark plugs change. They basically charged him almost a thousand dollars just to change the oil and spark plugs when it was supposed to be a thousand to do alot more than that amd they lie... read more

Not sure what rating I can give as it's impossible to reach anyone from the service by phone. After endless music, you'll end up on the same answering machine time after time.
