60,000 mile service on a RC350awd, plus asked if they could fix the weather map. Weather map not fixed and the grand total was too pricey. I'm not sure if anything was done. Plus, a surcharge to use a VISA card; at a Lexus dealership? Maybe that's the cost of ownership, but it's true that the sales department sells the first vehicle and the service department sells the next one. This will be my only Lexus. Shuttle service was excellent, along with the car wash before vehicle pick up.
Every visit for an oil change, Tyler always takes good care of me and gets me in and out of the shop with no issues. I would highly recommend taking your business to him because he’ll listen to your concerns and recommend services that’ll take care of the problem, leaving you stress free by the time the service is complete.
Let me preface this review with the fact that our family has always been team Kenny Kent Toyota/Lexus. We personally have purchased 5 new, and 2 used vehicles from this establishment. Our three children,collectively, have purchased 5 new and 1 used vehicles from this establishment. We have recommended this establishment to extended family and friends who have purchased 3 new vehicles from them. With that being said, we will never recommend Kenny Kent Toyota/Lexus again!
