They are absolutely the most amazing people. They have handled everything for me and I couldn't be happier.
I wish I could give you guys 0 stars. I have had my vehicle there since the 1st it is now the 25th and I was told a couple days ago that two more parts need to be ordered and they need to drop my engine and transmission to fix a part. And apparently it’s not their fault that it’s taking this long nor is it their fault that they didn’t figure out these two more parts needed until the day my car was supposed to be going into paint or so I was told the Friday before on 10/18 that everything was done and my car would go to paint... read more
The collision center was great! My car had been hit and after getting it back and fixed you would have never known. Izaiah was super kind and so were the ladies that I talked to that worked there as well. When I dropped off my car I mentioned that I really needed it back before I left for vacation and it seemed like they were really trying to do that for me, and they did! They called me several times to keep me up to date on the cost and when my car would be done and ready for pickup!
It sad when you have to take ur car back 3 times because you guys could not do your job the first time. I will never recommend your place to no one. I’m still having problems with parts falling that you guys installed.
