He always takes the time to help you understand what repairs should be done to your vehicle, the length of time the car will be in the shop and how much it will cost. Generous Kenny is very knowledgeable about my 1991 VW. He was generous with his time- explaining repairs, troubleshooting problems, etc. The repairs were done correctly and without undue cost.
