TLDR: Don't waste your time with desperate agents. Kenny called and texted me over 4 times trying to get the listing to sell my home, refusing to stop despite being specifically told I was uninterested in his services. The funny thing is he even went on to say "I don't want to step on anyone's toes" after I told him there is a listing agent I already like to work with, which I respected - until he called me again the next day to try and convince me to list with him again. Kenny was a great help in finding my rental property. He was very quick to respond and took the time to get to know me and my needs in a home. He was readily availably to show me the property that I was ready to view. He was very knowledgeable in the rental process as well as specific routines and policies of the property management companies in my area to best accommodate my applications to them. I would reach out to him again for my rental and real estate needs.
Kenny was helpful, friendly and responsive. He tried his best obtaining desired results for the sale of our house. Although our buyer was indecisive and thus delaying the sale numerous times while shopping and changing her loan types, Kenny's tenacity and determination helped ease our stress and see it through the end.
