Our air conditioner was installed by Kenny Adams and is still under warranty. For the past 2 weeks it gets up to over 80 with the a/c on. I have left many messages and have not received one call back. They no longer have anyone answering their phone and even when leaving message after message, I get no reply. If they are unable to do the necessary repairs themselves then they need to find someone to do it for them. Debbie S******
We purchased a Heat Pump from Adams heating in July of 2012 in 2020 the unit started making a loud noise in the out door unit the have not fixed the problem still waiting buyer beware George G

The noise it's making is normal especially for the age. Mine makes the same noise and so does a lot of others. We have came out 4 times for this. We always come when ask. We have bent over backwards for this customer for over 10 years. The unit still woks fine. The customer sets on the back porch right beside the unit.
A word of warning for anyone in the Dayton-Springfield area, for God's sake don't use Kenny Adams Heating Our heat pump died in March. Now, at the end of June, we finally were able to have another contractor put in a new one. In the 90 degree heat this month, we've had to suffer because of Kenny Adam's inability to answer the phone and tell the insurance what they needed, or tell us what was going on. Karen, We spoke with your insurance adjuster multiple times, it's not our fault they wouldn't settle the claim in a more timely manner. We also had multiple conversations with you during the process and let you know where things stood. I gave you a more than a $2000 discount on the new system because of your troubles with the previous system. Kenny Adams was paid to install a new furnace and central air unit in my home two years ago. He took a $6,000 downpayment and has given me nothing but excuses for why he has to delay installing them. First, it was his employees stole money from him and now he says he's been going through chemotherapy and hasn't been well enough to work. Buyer beware. I can show you documented proof of being ripped off.
