We were in our rental property for just over 4 years and overall our experience was decent at best. Horrible, horrible people. Liberty Henderson and Dan Dansby could care less about you or your home. They don’t return phone calls, written messages from the front desk, or emails. They are conveniently not in the office if you do there either. My house was without heat for 2 weeks and power for a weekend all because of them and their lack of care for the houses or customers. Completely awful company. I would avoid at all costs

Worst customer service I have ever experienced! I have had a problem with my home for almost a month! I’ve been in and out of their office too many times to count and called at least a hundred times with no answer and no return about my voicemails for almost 3 WEEKS!!! I am beyond frustrated with this office and at this point I can’t wait to get out of this place! Dan Dansby and Liberty Henderson do not care about their customers! Do not use this company unless you want to be constantly ignored!
