Great first session with Sophie. She really listened and gave amazing treatment, I feel better already (less than 24hours later). She explained everything clearly and has given me stretches to keep helping. Cannot recommend enough!

I am so pleased I found Sophie, as she has relieved me of pain in a very short time! I have had leg and ankle pain for some time and after taking a detailed history and asking questions, Sophie quickly found the problem was actually my foot! I noticed an improvement very quickly after my first session and have continued improving following further sessions and through following the exercises she gave me.
