I have just returned from my consultation and initial appointment with Sophie - she listened, offered brilliant advice, provided some different treatment to that I have received elsewhere and I am really looking forward to future sessions with her. She was calm, friendly and personable, took a thorough history and asked useful questions. I am looking forward to continuing treatment with her.

I was seen very speedily, with in a few days of enquiry, which was marvellous. Sophie helped me immensely, she helped me understand why I was suffering the pain I had - Sophie explained what to expect next. Hoping after each therapy the pain will gradually subside - thank you for being there Sophie.
After suffering with a very painful muscle in my back for months I decided to see Sophie. She identified the offending muscle very quickly, explained why it was so painful and steps I needed to take to help strengthen it. After a in-depth manipulation of the area, re checking my posture again after treatment I left walking on air! Fantastic!!
Sophie has been very helpful providing relief and exercise programs to improve my issues.
