I had 2 procedures done last Tuesday the 30th. I've been having issues, and have called the office, only to be transferred and hung up on 3 different times. I tried calling Friday at 2 pm and they were sending the calls to the after hours phone!!! In my opinion there is no reason to not answer the phone. Getting the run around when you call. They send you an answering machine that you can't even leave a message on!!!! No one has returned my calls yet!!! Very disappointed about the after care that their office has shown me! A... read more
