Slum lords, I live at Marina Apartments off of Southwind Dr. For 8yrs. My rent started off at $950 for a 2bdrm/1ba. Beware of moving into 324 southwind. If you love loud music blasting literally outside every single day and all throughout the night this is the place for you. I should have done more research. This will be a long years
All of their staff were super nice! Helped me secure an apartment over at the marina apartments for a great rate. Been living there for a month and maintinence is so quick to attend!
