I was exposed to Kenney Transportation via my medical Transportation company. This THE WORST experience EVER! First, the van floor was loaded with 2 toolboxes, and the entire inside of the van literally reeked of human feces!! Over an hour late picking me up from SURGERY!!!! THEN whilst at the pharmacy when my husband ran in to grab my medication from the SURGERY, the driver put me out of the van!!! Literally told me to get out!!!
Very professional. The drivers are nice and polite. The vehicles are clean.
They get me to my appointments on time. I really like ******, very friendly and caring and kind. She's an excellent driver! She texts or calls me and keeps me posted as to what time she's going to pick me up. Very thoughtful!
Very good customer service I am amazed by how they treat their clients with such respect
