Mark made time to come over our house when he already had others appointments to check out our unit because it wasn't cooling. Within a matter of a few minutes he told my husband what it was. With a push of a button it was fixed. He did it for no charge since it was an easy fix and was on his way. Anyone else would have charged a trip charge but not Mark. Thank you Mark! We will definitely be using you with any of our future heating or cooling needs.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE Paid almost $14000.00 already to this company, they had to come out for almost a month to even get the equipment to half work and be installed, it still is not working right . the air never worked right and the heat does not work at all. They will not finish the job or honor the warranty. but still expected to be paid in full . Not satisfied . Beware of this companies practices .
So impressed by these guys!! They are trustworthy gentlemen who will are not just out to make money. They truly care to explain what they are doing and what needs to be done to your AC unit! We will never use anyone else for our AC maintaince! !! Customers for life!!!
I called these guys based on the recommendation of a neighbor. Woke up on a hot and humid Sunday morning with no AC. He came out on very short notice (In Sunday dress clothes, no less), fixed the issue with the AC, and even came out the next day and serviced the AC unit. He could have charged me two service calls, but he applied the one from Sunday toward the 1 yr maintenance agreement cost.
