Had a nail in my tire. Took the car in and Nico welcomed me and Johnny, the owner, fixed us up in no time. Great customer service. Very professional and personable.
He quoted me for 211 dollars to replace front two brake lines, parts was 60$ bucks , I get there he has a bill for 369.00$ , he said cause he had trouble getting a nut off, no extra parts ,I go to pay than he charges me another 10$ in taxes on top of the 20$ he already had charged me in the bill so the total was 381.00$ after he told me 211.00$ two hours earlier, then I go to leave and my check engine light is on (never been on before)they tell o sorry we disconnected the map sensor let me clear that for you ,that tells me t... read more
I purchased a car the owner was selling. I drove from Newville to get it. Seemed like an honest man. Had it posted as a performance but it was really just the standard model I found out when ordering parts. Not a big deal… I have had nothing but problems and still having problems since I tried to put it in park after my 2 hour drive home. Car doesn’t register that it’s in park about 80% of the time. Poor customer service. The manager hung up on me twice, which is completely unacceptable. I sent my son in for a wheel alignment. After the alignment was completed, they told him he needed a camber kit and would have to pay for another alignment once that was installed. This information should have been provided before performing the alignment. I should have been given the option to decline the service or advised to complete the necessary repairs first.
