Poor customer service. The manager hung up on me twice, which is completely unacceptable. I sent my son in for a wheel alignment. After the alignment was completed, they told him he needed a camber kit and would have to pay for another alignment once that was installed. This information should have been provided before performing the alignment. I should have been given the option to decline the service or advised to complete the necessary repairs first. Honest people work here -- I hit a pot hole on my way to work which set off the tire pressure sensor in my car, and I was sure it was flat so I took it to Kennett Tire & Service. After an examination, they found that the pot hole simply jarred the car's sensor which gave a false reading and the tire pressure was actually fine across all 4 tires.
