Disappointed with service. I was a patient at the old office and at the new. I have received no communication about my annual exam. Very disappointed with customer service. Dr Mekel is great but office staff is lacking. (Reply is generic. My information has been updated and not been an issue before. Multiple family members with individual accounts have not received updates and been forced to go else where )

Dr. Borowski is the kind of Dr you hope to visit. Professional, caring and kind. Staff were pleasant and friendly. I’d recommend Dr Carolyn to my friends and family.
