Horrible customer service I gave a green dress to dye in purple color, when my husband picked up it’s was only dry cleaned and the color is still green . When called them the response was rude and they started to yell and they hung the call . Never going back to them again.
Linda is most experienced and knows how to handle almost every type of fabric and style. She is also one of the best tailors in the area.
Outstanding customer service! I had a last minute request for same day shirt press for 8 shirts. I contacted Bill Shaw who was able to accommodate this request. In addition to the professional service was that I noted they offer tailoring. Great dry cleaning and fair pricing with Great Customer Service!
Unfortunately, the customer service is not up to par. I dropped off a dress and asked if they wanted me to mark exactly where I wanted things sewn. They said “no, they had it.” When I returned to pick up the dress, it was not where I wanted it sewn, so they said they would take care of it. When I returned to pick it up the second time, I was charged more than I had agreed to pay for the work at drop off. She said “the girl made a mistake so it was more work.” I asked why they thought it was ok to make me pay for her mistake.... read more
