Severely lacking communication skills. Did not even see or meet the so called manager until we moved out !! She can’t seem to answer the phone even during her posted buisness hours. She also won’t return your calls. My fire alarm was going off for 4 HOURS and I couldn’t get ahold of anybody at all, I’m surprised nobody called the fire department on my unit. Absolutely ridiculous.
I lived at kennett court apartments for years. During that time there was 3 or 4 different management companies. The apartment complex is not taken care of.The neighbors are loud and inconsiderate, Theres trash on the sidewalks and hallways outside, there's no maintenance, and you can barely get ahold of management for anything.
Lived here for almost a year! There is nothing good to say about this place. Management has changed 6 different times so far. You can't get ahold of anyone who knows anything! Maintenance is terrible they dont know what they are doing they half ass everything! There is always trash all over the stairs and out in the parking lot! Kids running around in the parking lots behind you when your backing up! Lots of homeless digging in the trash! 3 year resident, all I can say about this place is that it gives off 10 day old hot dog water vibes. The people. The staff, especially Candace, (that manager is the worst). Kk Not just towards me, but I have never once heard her speak even half resptfully towards tenants. Her bad days roll down hill in the most unprofessional, blatantly rudde. You can't just stay to yourself here. Waiting for taxes and I'm outta here as well, esp after all I've seen. I'd just about 0/10, do not recommend.
