I had a bad experience on my most recent visit to Kenneth's Hair Salons & Day Spas. My appointment was changed from one massage therapist to another without my knowledge or consent. I was not notified of this change, and I was furious because I did not learn of the change until I arrived at the salon. Since my visit, I have been contacted via both phone and e-mail by the Operations Manager at Kenneth's Corporate Headquarters.
