I have to say since going to Lisa for my cut and color I have received more compliments on my hair than ever. And I can honestly say I love my hair! I highly recommend going to Lisa. She knows how to bring out your best look. And isn't that what we want? She's awesome!
I just want to say that Lisa is fabulous. She does a great job cutting and coloring my hair and she has a great sense of humor. Which honestly makes the trip that much better. The check in staff are wonderful also. Great place, ask of Lisa.
Grove City Kenneths is the BEST! I love Lisa.. She is fabulous :) I recommend Lisa for any service .. Cut - Color- Blowouts- she does it all for me... Always a great experience.
I take my hair very seriously. Once I find a hair stylist I like, if possible, I will follow them wherever (not in a creepy way, ha!). Not only did I find a great hair stylist, Angela (she's the best!), I also found an amazing waxologist (is that a word? My phone doesn't think so...oh well), Jenna, and wonderful customer service. I had a bad experience on my most recent visit to Kenneth's Hair Salons & Day Spas. My appointment was changed from one massage therapist to another without my knowledge or consent. I was not notified of this change, and I was furious because I did not learn of the change until I arrived at the salon. Since my visit, I have been contacted via both phone and e-mail by the Operations Manager at Kenneth's Corporate Headquarters. The Grove City and Hilliard Locations are great! I recommend them highly... Never had bad service or had to wait. Prices are high but service is worth it.
I moved to the area and was looking for someone to do my hair. My previous salon charged $80 a cut and did a great job, so initially price wasn't a big issue. I booked an appt in the Gahanna/New Albany location. I showed up for my appt on time yet had to wait about 35 minutes. During this time i SHOULD HAVE left. Finally the stylist took me to her chair and apologized for the wait. I started telling her what I wanted and she got started. There were 3 interruptions by other stylists/shampoo girls. I paid extra to get a Master Stylist. My hair came out TERRIBLE. It was MANY shades darker than the swatch I chose. I have never had my hair colored professionally before. I was treating myself. This was no treat. I don't have a lot of money, and this was a waste of a hundred bucks!. I have heard that the other Kenneth's are OK. This place is a joke. Kenneth (is he a real person?) needs to close this one down so as not to tarnish his rep.
Ron, is absolutley AMAZING!!! The best style and color I have ever received at ANY Kenneth's Salon's. Don't let the fact that he's a guy fool you. He's fantastic!
