I waited over a month to see Dr. Wu, I was told they took my insurance. I show up at the appointment and they tell me I’m out of work. I drove three hours and 40 minutes to get there so they could tell me I was out of network. They never checked my insurance I did Get… I’m sorry
Before makinf an appointment be sure to first get their patient xontract and take it a New. York 5 start attyvfir review. Thus is a ine side contract and it all8ws for them to sue you and charge for everything.
Far more than just the "BEST" pain management clinic ever. Been patient there for I believe 6 or more years .I totally lost my right arm due to neck problems and severe back issues. This place got my arm back 100 percent and have been treating my lower back issues also. Back is still giving me problems but they have gotten me to the point I can still at least walk my dog. I highly recommend this place.
Once a client of Dr. Thomas White at a different location who no longer can accept my Insurance for moving practices (?????). I'm being seen by Dr. Kenneth Wu, and I've found him to be genuinely concerned about your pain, and a very polite, friendly, and, from a layman's opinion, very knowledgeable in his field. I have pain that can never stop, and Drs. Wu and White have done, I believe, their best to help it be more bearable.
