Changed from 1 star to 3 stars, but left original review for posterity. Very fishy practices. For starters their website doesnt exist, the link take you to a site where you can buy the domain rights for the website name. The email also doesnt work, and the picture for the location of this business is an empty for sale unit. I met Kenneth at an open house for a rental property in frederick. Great agent that's available when I need him even on short notice. Highly recommended.
Extremely unprofessional and exceptionally rude towards buying side. I understand that hardball is a tactic many agents use when selling, but the lengths he would go to were just unacceptable. The most frustrating issue we had with him was the outright lying about the property. As the previous review mentioned, he will most likely fight for you (selfishly and with his commission in mind) if he's the listing agent, but good luck if he's not on your side. To start off with, Kenneth is most likely an excellent realtor to have on your side and I do not want this review to dissuade anyone from choosing him as their agent. My review is in regards to my experience with Kenneth as the agent of the other party. He was frankly rude in our email communications and would not communicate when he had indicated he would.
