He damaged my father eye with laser when my dad had an eye stroke. He should've left it along and let it heal by it self but he wanted to get paid for the laser work. This happened like 10 years ago. He's all about the benjamins $$$. Waiting room was like a warehouse.
Overbooked patients. Waited 2 hours and there was no communication regarding backlog. I informed the coordinator that I was leaving without being seen by Dr. Kenneth Wald. Treated like sheep.
He is professional and knowledgeable!
