Stay away from "doctor" Kenneth W Smith at all costs. He made me feel crazy for 2yrs when I told him something was wrong after an ac separation repair surgery to my right shoulder that he had preformed on me. After the 2yrs was up he conveniently disappeared and Ali'i Orthopedic under Dr Blums office located in Keauhou Shopping Center Phase II in Kona on the Big of Hawai'. When I woke up from my knee surgery with Dr. Smith it felt like someone had taken a baseball bat to my knee. I was in unbearable pain and despite repeated requests for some pain relief he didn’t care and would only offer some Tylenol. He just let me lay there screaming in pain.
